All payments are due upon completion of an order. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal as a form of payment.
Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on holidays. Once the order has been processed it will be shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been processed and shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Sacred Spices Seasonings is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:
Sacred Spices Seasonings is not liable for any lost package during shipping. If you feel as though your order is lost, please contact us via email CUSTOMERSERVICE@SACREDSPICESSEASONINGS.COM
If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please contact our Customer Care team via email CUSTOMERSERVICE@SACREDSPICESSEASONINGS.COM Please report your item as soon as possible for assessment.
Returns Policy
Items must be new, unopened, and returned within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. Expect your refund within 3 to 7 business days after your refund is approved by Sacred Spices Seasonings.
If you are returning products due to damages during shipping and receiving a replacement, it could take up to 7 to 14 business days for your replacement to arrive. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your exchange once we receive it, and the time it takes the replacement product to be delivered.
